Some icons of the Scene/Game view Buttons are low quality when using 125-350% Windows Screen Scale
How to reproduce:
1. Set the Windows Screen Scale to 125%
2. Create an empty project
3. Observe the icon of the Play button
Expected result: icons are high quality
Actual result: icons are low quality/not sharp
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.0b2, 2021.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0a17
Notes:
1. Not reproducible when Display Resolution is set to 100%
2. Issue is reproducible with Shading mode, Play, Pause, Scene tools such as View, Rotate, Move, Transform, Editor, Toggle Tool Handle Rotation, Toggle Tool Handle Position tools, Draw mode icons
