Some HDRP customShaderGUI property text doesn't overflow correctly and the tooltips don't show the full label
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP project
2. In the Project Window create a new material
3. In its Inspector Window highlight the Mask Map Property
4. Observe the Label
Expected result: The tooltip sufficiently describes the property or shows the full label
Actual result: Some tooltips are very minimal and don't describe the property or show the full label
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a7, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.1.9f1
