Some Chinese characters are shown as not recognized when rendering with UIElement in Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "UIElement_test.zip"
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe rendered chinese characters
Expected result: All chinese characters are rendered
Actual result: Some of the chinese characters are not rendered (displayed as squares)
Reproducible with - 2019.4.7f1, 2020.1.1f2, 2020.2.0a7
Could not test with - 2018.4 (no UIElements), 2020.2.0a21 (errors, no RuntimePanel)
