Some Animation window frame tooltips display unnecessary decimal value
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create any GameObject (e.g. GameObject > 3D Object > Cube)
3. Window > Animation > Animation
4. Click “Create” button in Animation window to create new Animation Asset
5. Move playhead around and observe frame tooltips
