Soft shadows have a hard line where the first Shadow Cascade splits
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "MinimalRepro.zip" project
2. Open "Main" scene
3. Zoom into the shadow of the Cube in the Game view
Expected Result: The shadow is uniformly 'soft'
Actual Result: The soft shadow has a hard line where the first Shadow Cascade splits
