Smart Format Tag in Metadata stays after disabling the Smart option when Smart option is enabled on another same column Entry
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "Test localization package" project
2. Select the "Texts table collection" Asset found in the Assets/Tables/Table one folder
3. Open the Localization Tables by pressing the "Open in Table Editor" button in the Inspector
4. In the Localization Tables window press the third column "Edit Table Metadata" button
5. Disable and enable the "Smart" option on the last Entry of the third column
Expected results: The last Smart Format Tag is deleted and a new one created after enabling the "Smart" option
Actual results: The last Smart Format Tag is not deleted and another one is created after enabling the "Smart" option
Reproducible with: 0.5.1-preview, 0.9.0-preview (2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.1.0b12, 2021.0a6)
Could not test with: 0.4.0-preview because the table was not yet introduced, 0.5.0-preview because the ArgumentOutOfRangeException error is thrown when adding a new Entry to the table
