"Slots have been resynced in Sample Water Surface " is thrown when Water Samples are installed
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager (Window -> Package Manager)
3. Find the "High Definition RP" package and click "Samples" in the details section
4. Find the "Water Samples" and click "Import"
5. Observe the Console
Expected results: No messages are thrown
Actual results: "Slots have been resynced in Sample Water Surface" message is thrown
Reproducible with: 6000.1.0b14
Not reproducible on: 6000.0.46f1, 6000.2.0a9
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: The issue might be inconsistent sometimes, so testing results might be not accurate
