Slider becomes light cyan when it is disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project("Slider_Visual")
2. Select the "sprite" in the Assets
3. Observe "Aniso Level" slider
Expected result: the slider is grey
Actual result: the slider is light cyan
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b2, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a2, 2020.1.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.4, 2018.4, 2019.2, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a1

- Reproducible only on Personal Editor Theme
