Skybox material stays default when changed via Lighting settings
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Open lighting settings
3. Select "Skybox-ProceduralMod.mat" in Skybox Material
Expected result: Skybox is changed
Actual result: Skybox stays default
Reproduced with: 2018.1.0b6, 0b7
Not reproduced with: 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.1p3, 2017.3.1f1, 2018.1.0b5

- Dragging the material right on the Scene changes the Skybox as expected
