Skybox is not rendered on the additional camera
To reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open the "Test" scene
3. In the hierarchy expand "Main Camera" and select "Mask Fill Camera"
4. Observe the Camera Preview
Expected result: Skybox is shown on the additional camera
Actual result: The skybox appears full black on the additional camera
Reproduced with: 5.6.3p4, 2017.1.1p3, 2017.2.0f1
