SkinnedMeshRenderer gets periodically deformed when the Editor is in the Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “DeformedMesh”
2. Open the Scene “Assets/Broken Scene.unity”
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the GameObject “Violet model” in the Game window
Expected result: The appearance of the GameObject “Violet Model” does not change
Actual result: Some of the meshes within GameObject “Violet Model” get periodically misplaced and stretched
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a24, 2023.1.0b16, 2023.2.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.25f1, 2022.2.19f1, 2023.1.0a23
Fixed in: 2023.2.0a13
