SkinnedMeshRenderer does not render a dynamic mesh that was created in-memory
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene Main.unity
3. Play the scene
4. Select any avatar by clicking on it
5. Input any name and press next
- A 3D avatar should be rendered
- Note that no avatar is actually rendered, despite being created properly
- Reproduced in Version 5.4.0b18 (cdaae1c8e465), Version 5.4.0b17 (d34aa569a642)
- Not reproducible in Version 5.3.5f1 (960ebf59018a)
