Skinned Mesh Renderer's "Root Bone" is not updated correctly
To Reproduce:
1. Open attached project.
2. Open "test" scene.
3. In Hierarchy select "Main Obj" -> "Curtain"
4. In SkinnedMeshRenderer -> RootBone select "Top" game object as a root bone.
5. Move "Curtain" to (-15, 0, 0). Or any other coordinate.
Expected result: Mesh is locked to the Root Bone.
Actual result: Mesh is still moving with "Curtain" Object.
Workaround:
Press "Play" button every time you change a "Root Bone". Now Mesh position is connected with the correct root.
Reproducible: 5.6.0b5. 5.6.0b7
Not Reproducible: 5.5.1f1, 5.6.0b4
