Skinned Mesh Renderer with enabled 'Skinned Motion Vectors' flickers when Ray Tracing with Screen Space Global Illumination is used
Reproductions steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-86432.zip” project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene” Scene
3. Enter the Play mode
4. In the Game view, observe the models
Expected result: Both models are not flickering
Actual result: The model on the left, with 'Skinned Motion Vectors” enabled, is flickering
Reproducible with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.50f1, 6000.0.23f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested

- Does not reproduce in the Scene view
- Also reproduces in the Player
