[SinglePassStereo | ImageEffects] Global fog flips transparent objects
1) Open BugReport scene or BugReport_NotTerrain scene.
2) Make sure your SteamVR devices have been inited.
3) Play the scene.
4) Bend your neck to left or right.
5) Not that transparent objects have been flipped.
