Single Reference to GameObject is not set to a GameObject when OnAfterDeserialize is called
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Select the “Assets/Prefabs/ReferenceHolder.prefab” prefab
3. In the Inspector Window, under the “Modified Component (Script)” Component, change the “A variable” Property to any number
4. Observe the Console Window
Expected result: There are only “Deserializing: MyReference is a GameObject.” logs in the Console Window
Actual result: There is a single “Deserializing: MyReference is NOT a GameObject!” log in the Console Window
Reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.25f1, 2022.2.20f1, 2023.1.0b17, 2023.2.0a15
