Simple Ribbon or Heads and Trails templates do not render when using DX and an Intel UHD GPU
Reproduction Steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Create a Ribbon System VFX effect and place it in the Scene
3. Press Play
4. Take note of what VFX effects are playing
5. Exit the Editor and Switch GPU
6. Open the project again and Press Play
7. Take note of what VFX effects are playing
Expected result: Shadow effects, Purple trails and Ribbon effects play on both GPU's
Actual result: Only Shadow effect plays with Integrated
Reproducible with: 10.5.0 (2020.3.11f1),11.0.0 (2021.1.9f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a19)
Could not test with: 2019.4 (Compiler errors)
Notes:
Seems to reproduce with DX11 and DX12 on Windows 10, but not on Mac
