Simple Lit Material changes values of SpecColor float values when opened in Inspector tab
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project "case_1340129-SpecColorInspectorBug.zip"
2. Open Scene "SampleScene"
3. Make sure you have Inspector Tab open
4. In the Project tab, open "Test Material" in a text editor
5. Save Scene and observe SpecColor values
6. Deselect then select "Test Material"
7. Save Scene and observe SpecColor values
Expected result: Float values remain the same if no changes were made
Actual result: Float values have changed
Reproducible with: 7.6.0 (2019.4.28f1), 10.5.0 (2020.3.12f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.10f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a19)
