[Shuriken] When scaling mode is set to local or hierarchy particle systems are scaled twice
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project: "ShurikenScaleMode"
2. Open scene: "Main"
3. Enter play mode
-You should see particle system with Scale set to (2, 2, 1) and Scaling mode set to Shape
4. Switch Scaling Mode to Local or Hierarchy
-Notice that particles have become two times larger as if scale is set to (4, 4, 4)
Note:
- See attached gif
- Only occurs when billboard mode is set to Local
