[Shuriken] "Shape Transform Tool" goes out of Layout under Shape module from Particle System in prefab override window
When prefab of Particle System is created, Shape Transform Tool goes out of Layout under "Shape" module from Particle System in prefab override window, refer attached screenshot.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Hierarchy > Create > Effects > Particle System
3. Make a Prefab of Particle System
4. Change in property in prefab
5. Click on Override > Select Particle System
6. Enable Shape module and expand
Actual Result:
Shape Transform Tool goes out of Layout
Expected Result:
Shape Transform Tool is visible clearly
Note: Shape Transform Tool is introduced in Unity 2019.1.0a8
