[Shuriken] ParticleSystem Trigger Exit Callback is not clearing flags on particle respawn
How to reproduce:
1. Open tester-attached project (ParticleExitCallback.zip)
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Enter Play Mode and watch the white particle stream
Expected result: no green particles appear
Actual result: some green particles appear
Reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.4f1, 2020.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a15, 2020.2.0b1
