[Shuriken] ParticleSystem is not rendered into a texture when using a CommandBuffer
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "CommandBufferBug.zip" and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. Select the TheVegetationEngine/GlobalVolume Game Object in the Hierarchy window
3. Make sure that BakeParticleMesh is disabled in the Inspector
4. Enter the Play mode
5. Observe the Texture preview in the Inspector window
6. Enable BakeParticleMesh in the Inspector
7. Observe the Texture preview in the Inspector window
Expected result: Particles are rendered into the texture
Actual result: Particles are not rendered into the texture
Reproducible with: 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0b2
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f (could not downgrade)
