[Shuriken] Particles do not inherit velocity, when mode is set to curve
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and import attached project. (ParticleInheritCurve.zip)
2. Open scene: main.
3. Play.
4. Select GREEN particle system in Hierarchy.
5. Change between constant and curve in Inherit velocity module.
Expected result: Sub-emitted particle speed stays the same.
Actual result: Particles does not inherit velocity, when mode is set to curve.
Reproducible on: 5.4.0b2, 5.3.1p3.
