[Shuriken] Multi particle editor does not allows scaling the window
Steps to reproduce:
1. On fresh new project create a particle system.
2. Select it.
3. In inspector, over particle system component top right corner, click Open Editor...
4. Try to resize particle system component (window, panel, where it is in) in that editor.
Expected result: You can resize it like regular window.
Actual result: You cannot do that and after that comes that some text is not visible and some overlaps.
Reproduced on: 5.4.0b7, 5.3.3p1, 5.2.4f1.
