Shrinking the Search Window makes the bottom elements dissapear
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Open the Search Window (Window -> Search -> New Window)
3. Resize the Search Window Vertically so that it becomes really small
4. Observe the Bottom UI Elements of the Search Window
Expected result: The Bottom UI Elements do not disappear
Actual result: The Bottom UI Elements dissappear
Reproducible with: 2022.3.30f1
Reproduced on: macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 (M1)
