ShowPrefabAssetRestructuringDialog crash when adding a RectTranform on an object
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open QA-Supplied project ("1243637Test.zip")
2. Open Scene "TestMap"
3. On the "TestMap" GameObject, add a "RectTranform" Component
Expected: no crash
Actual: crash
Reproduced in: 2019.3.14f1
Not reproduced in: 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a11
Notes: Seems to be fixed, but I can't find a duplicate
