Shortcut Manager - Vertifcal alignment of "Name" and "Bindings" in bindings table is different
When viewing Bindings in the Shortcut Manager, entries in the "Name" column will be vertically centered to their row, but entries in the "Bindings" column will be top-aligned. They should use the same alignment for consistency.
1. Open Unity
2. Create new project with any settings
3. Open the Shortcut Manager
4. View the bindings for any category
Expected Results:
Entries in the Bindings panel should use the same vertical alignment for all columns.
Actual Result:
Entries in the "Name" column will be vertically centered to their row, but entries in the "Bindings" column will be top-aligned.
