Shortcut Manager - There is no confirmation prompt when deleting profiles
When you delete a profile from the Shortcut Manager, there is no confirmation prompt. Since this is a destructive action that cannot be undone, we should ask for confirmation from the user.
1. Install Unity
2. launch Unity
3. Create a new project with any settings
4. Go to Edit > Shortcuts to open the Shortcut Manager
5. Create a new profile
6. Delete the newly created profile
Expected Result:
Upon attempting to delete the profile, the user should need to confrim the action.
Actual Result:
The profile is deleted without confirmation from the user.
Tested on windows.
Occurs on 2019.1.0a4 (feature introduction), 2019.1.0a10
