[Shortcut Manager] Shift+Space bar is not working on minimizing Game Window after maximizing it in Play mode
Shift+Space bar is not working on minimizing Game Window after maximizing it in Play mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Focus on Game Window and maximize it with the shortcut "Shift + Space"
4. Focus on Game Window and minimize it with the shortcut "Shift + Space"
Expected result: The Game view is minimized
Actual result: Shortcut does not work to minimize Game Window
Reproducible in 2019.3.0a12, 2019.2.0f2, 2019.1.0f1, 2018.3.0f2
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.14
Note: Similar Bug is reported and closed(Fix) https://fogbugz.unity3d.com/f/cases/1110320/ but for maximizing the Game Window

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
When you Maximize the Game window you also Focus it, while in PlayMode, that shortcut won't work and shouldn't work.
