Shortcut for the “Create Empty Child” command works just once if setting any command shortcut to “N”
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to the Shortcuts window and change the “Move” command shortcut to “N”
3. Focus Hierarchy window and press Shift+option+n a few times for the “Create Empty Child” command
4. Observe the result
Expected result: A new GameObject is created every time when pressing the shortcut
Actual result: A new GameObject is created just the first time when pressing the shortcut

Reproduced on: macOS 13.5.2 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: not reproducible with the “Create Empty” command (shift+command+n)
