Shortcut Conflict popup is blank when pressing hotkey that's assigned to multiple MenuItem attributes
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("repro_2020.3.19f1.zip")
2. Press command + t
3. Observe the Shortcut Conflict popup
Expected result: Shortcut Conflict popup is not blank
Actual result: Shortcut Conflict popup is blank
Reproducible with: 2020.3.19f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.24f1, 2021.2.0b14, 2022.1.0a7, 2022.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.2.0b15, 2022.1.0a6, 2022.1.0a10
Note:
- Only reproducible on macOS
- After clicking on the popup, it is redrawn and the fields are displayed
