Shift key is not producing KeyDown & KeyUp events
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project (ShiftBugExample)
2. Create a Text game object (Game Object > UI > Text)
3. Attach Example.cs script to the Text game object
4. Play the scene
5. Press Shift
6. Notice that KeyDown, KeyUp events are not produced
Expected result: Shift key should produce KeyDown & KeyUp events
