Shapes created with ProBuilder remain in the scene when pressing undo
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Install the ProBuilder package
3. Using the ProBuilder, create 2 shapes
4. Open the “Undo History” by pressing “Edit” -> “Undo History” and click on the "Scene Open" action
5. Observe the Scene view
Expected Result: The scene is empty
Actual Result: The two shapes remain in the scene
Reproducible with: 5.2.2 (2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.30f1), 6.0.1 (6000.0.3f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
