Shadowy artifacts appear on objects in scene view with certain camera distances, 5.4 regression
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "repro"
3. In scene view, slowly zoom in on "Cube" object
4. Notice that sometimes artifacts appear on it
