[DirectionalLight][SceneView] graphical artifacts appears on object surface in scene view on certain editor camera distances
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached Unity project.
2. Open "1" scene.
3. Move scene view camera closer and farther from the "Cube" game object repeatedly.
4. Notice graphical artifacts on the "Cube" surface (GIF attached).
Additional note: issue doesn't appear with spot or point light.
