[Shadows] Shadows in directional light test of the FTP Functional Test Project are grainy and poor quality
Repro steps:
1. Download the asset package attached
2. Create a new Unity project and import the package
3. Open scene Lights_DirectionalRealtime
4. Build Standalone
Actual: Notice that at a certain point the shadows look grainy at the outlines of the shadow
Reproducible with: 2019.2.18f1, 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a21

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
This is not a bug. Adjust shadow resolution and cascade settings to improve shadow quality.
