Shadows are shown incorrectly when Directional Light is used in URP
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ShadowBugURP.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” (Assets > Scenes)
3. Select the “Building_PizzaShop” GameObject from the Hierarchy
4. Zoom in and out to view the shadows in Scene View
Expected result: Shadow is accurate and does not have any weird corners or shapes
Actual result: Shadow is distorted and weird shaped
