Shadow Caster 2D does not work in Game View when using Perspective Camera
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "SteelFlood_Dev.zip"
2. Open "Show" scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the shadow
Expected result: The shadow in the Play Mode and Scene View looks the same
Actual result: The shadow in the Play Mode and Scene View looks different
Reproducible with - 2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0b1
Could not test (errors) - 2018, 2019.4, 2020.3
