Shadow Cascades widget needs a tooltip for narrow cascades
- Go to Quality Settings and select Fantastic
- Look at the Cascades split (see attached screenshot)
- Notice some levels are really hard to see. Maybe when hovering the mouse pointer over a level, a tooltip should show up showing the full info for that Cascade level
