[Shaders] Semi-transparent Render Textures becomes a bit lighter than expected when using Alpha blending
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Play scene
Expected: both quads with 'smoke clouds' will be identical
Actual: right quad is a bit lighter and more transparent than left one
Reproduced: 5.6.4p4, 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.0p4, 2017.3.0f2, 2018.1.0a7
