[Shaders] Incorrect shader names (folders) for templates
This is not really a bug, but think all shader names should go to custom by the default. Because when you create "Image Effect Shader" from templates. By default you are going to have "Hidden/Image Effect Shader" (Also lets not forget that unity by default hides "Hidden" Folder.
