[SurfaceShaders] Compiler crashes when too many closing braces present in surface shader CGPROGRAM
To Reproduce:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Observe that when braces are mismatched instead of the syntax error message "Shader compiler: internal error preprocessing shader: " is thrown
