[Shaders][5.4] Engine uses more built-in shader keywords (compared to 5.3), leaving less for users
In Unity 5.4, the engine and the built-in shaders use up about 55 shader keywords (limit is 128 unique keywords per project). This is 2 more than what 5.3.x used; need to somehow reduce the # of keywords used.
