ShaderReplacement in SinglePass VR ignores additional passes
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter the Playmode
3. Open the frame debugger
4. Observe draw calls
Expected result: The current scene should render two passes at once, normals, then a mask buffer.
Actual result: Only the first pass is rendered
Reproduced on 5.5.4p2, 5.6.4f1, 2017.1.2f1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b4
