[Shadergraph] renaming properties does not cause the property nodes to change
Reproduces on Master (ff31134193)
Does not reproduce on 8.1.0
Repro steps:
1. Open a shadergraph
2. Create a Vector 1 property and drag it onto the graph
3. Rename the property in the blackboard
Expected: property on graph updates with new name
Actual: property on graph stays the same
