[ShaderGraph] Redo Collapse Nodes action does not fully collapse the Nodes
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open the attached project
# Open the New Shader Graph asset
# Collapse the Ports of the Add node
# Undo the Port Collapse action
# Redo the Port Collapse action
*Actual results:* Collapsed Node is left with a single open Port
*Expected results:* Using the Redo Collapse Nodes action fully collapses the nodes
*Reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.1f1, 6000.2.0a10
*Tested on (OS):* macOS 15.4.1, Ubuntu 24.04
