[ShaderGraph] Matrix properties have no way to set internal name of property, needs manual edit in Text Editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Case_1174428"
2. Navigate to Project -> Assets and open "Shader"
3. Notice that there is no area for a Reference name to be changed in Matrix
Expected results: Area for Reference name of a Matrix is displayed
Actual results: There is no Area for Reference name of a Matrix to be changed
Reproducible with: 2018.4.0f1(4.10.0), 2018.4.5f1(4.10.0), 2019.1.13f1(5.13.1), 2019.2.0f1(6.9.1), 2019.3.0a11(7.0.0)
