[ShaderGraph][Mac] ShaderGraph's Preview Window displays different frames compared to Scene/Game View when Flipbook Node is used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1191620"
2. Open the "TestScene"
3. Open the "Test" ShaderGraph and Game view side by side
4. Enter Play mode
5. Observe the ShaderGraph's preview and a Cube in the Game view
Expected result: The Game view and the ShaderGraph's preview frames match
Actual result: The ShaderGraph's preview either skips or displays a wrong texture during certain frames
Reproducible with package versions: 3.3.0, 6.9.2, 7.1.2
Reproducible with: 2018.4.12f1, 2019.2.10f1, 2019.3.0b8, 2020.1.0a10
Could not test with: 2017.4.33f1(ShaderGraph was not available)
Notes:
The issue does not reproduce on Windows 10, only on Mac
