ShaderGraph file is unusable when Assembly Definition Asset file "Name" field is "I18N"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “My project” project
2. Open the “Assets → Test” file in Project Browser
Expected result: File successfully opens in ShaderGraph window
Actual result: Empty ShaderGraph window opens with NullReferenceException thrown
Reproducible with: 10.10.0 (2020.3.40f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.10f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.17f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b8), 15.0.1 (2023.1.0a11)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.5 (Intel), Windows 10
Thrown error:
Exception thrown while invoking \[OnOpenAssetAttribute] method 'UnityEditor.ShaderGraph.ShaderGraphImporterEditor:OnOpenAsset (int,int)' : NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Resolution Note:
We occasionally see issues that occur on domain reload, particularly when assemblies and packages are reloaded. We'll keep an eye out for this issue in the future, but for the version it has been reported against, we will not be able to prioritize making a timely fix.
