[ShaderGraph] fails to compile with "redefinition of transposeTangent" when multiple tangent transform nodes are plugged in
Problem first appears in SRP 5.9.1. Does not reproduce in 5.7.1. Reproduces 7.0.1, and in latest version of SRP master branch (did not check 7.1.1)
Repro steps:
1. Use a project with universal
2. Create the shadergraph shown in the attach image
Expected result: the shadergraph compiles
Actual result: the shadergraph fails to compile and there are errors
